      Lots of room to improve and excel, ability to transfer internally, scaling with them tremendous rythm

      Cons

      Mindset still needs to change, stubbornness of high management leeds to frustration, got to have strong stomach to withstand the pressure

      1. Good people in critical places 2. Full remote 3. Good pay

      Cons

      1. Top leadership is afraid to make a decision even if it's wrong. 2. No psychological safety 3. Only a few capable people end up doing the job for all the others 4. Most of high performers have been fired
