Pros
YH America offers reasonable wages for the area and job. The exposure to the auto industry is great, working with GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, and Nissan. There are opportunities to work with other groups such as marketing, materials, engineering, and quality.
Cons
YH America offers no comp time / flex time to the employee. If time off is needed to go to the doctor, sick time is expected to be used. As a whole the company has poor communication skills between groups, and even from boss to subordinate. Health care plan is limited, as is the 401K plan.
