Pros
Great Benefits, fair compensation, Nice Trucks.
Cons
Unrefined software aps with no formal training. Technician's notes are often changed by management then criticized for not being correct, No electrical training required leading to dangerous situations. Customer charges are greatly inflated by redundant aps that the technician is saddled with, along with junk fees. Such as "disposal" and "fuel surcharge". Often, I was having to work with a drunk or hungover trainee. This corporate machine has reinvented itself in the past from necessity. It's time to start serving the customer again, Instead of its large overhead.
