After Office hours also need to work, regular Teams meeting for hours after office hours ,even on Saturday, Sunday. Also assigned to multiple projects, accommodation and per diem process is very complex. What they write in their Release/ Exit policy and what they follow is very different. They get Projects for very less duration and so they ask you to work like "bonded labour" , also they ask you to take client approval if you wish to leave the Project or if you wish to resign from Company and if you don't do so they hold all your Full and Final settlement amount. Not only this they ask to you to pay to Yash Technologies, otherwise they threat you with legal action. And all this when you resign as per their company policy Notice period, do the Knowledge Transfer to your reliever and submit the IT assrts. If you ask for leaves then you are threatened by your IRM , with separate meeting on it and also they ask you to attend Teams meeting when you are sick or on medical leave.
