Management that goes after employees once a problem occurs Expected long hours If you get health issues the company does what ever it can to kick you out as fast as possible and does not even care if they break the law. They pretty fast get lawyers and have no issues to lie and make stuff up. They write up stuff in detail and also put lies on top of that. An example was when i got sick and worked only 50% with making the jobb fiting to my current health issue. They fast called me into a meeting after only a few days on the job after en extensive period of being home fighting my health issues and they told me i did not perform to my contract those few days and i was fired HR tells you to report all kind of harassment and so .. do not do that .. HR and middle management will also go after you
