Thank you for your kind comments these are really appreciated! We do offer flexible working so perhaps this was something you were not aware of? We do have to make sure core hours are covered as our customers expect this however, we will always try to accommodate our employees requests where we possibly can.
Great technology, and position in the marketplace. Some jolly good people. Good tools in place.
Cons
Management eejits and continued poor decision making. Always under the cosh to deliver. Constant short term focus and slagging off on others who are not considered integral to the company. Ignores data and sheds good chaps at an alarming rate.
