Overall I felt the working environment is pretty stable.

Limited positions in the company.

Ambitious leadership drives the company forward. Working here was a good experience and inspired me to start my own business endeavors.

Sometimes the atmosphere would get a little tense although that might be case specific. This is a large successful company so I can understand the stress that is put on the leadership as well as the employees.
