With any remote position, it is more difficult to get to know everyone in the organization, especially across departments.

Lots of really smart & dedicated people. They really know the wealth management fintech space in great detail. Great social media presence. In the past few years, Xtiva has used their 20 years of experience to rebuild their solutions and have successfully launched a new tech platform that offers powerful new tools to help firms manage compensation and performance of their sales force. Xtiva has a very well-defined product roadmap that supports a continuous schedule of enhancements for years into the future. The company offers a great work-life balance and great vacation/time off allowances. It's an exciting time to work at Xtiva. The future looks even better.

Most employees work remotely (which contributes to the good work-life balance). Working remotely can be very good in general, and it does actually work well for Xtiva. But the company needs more company/group gatherings so that everyone can stay in touch with each other more easily and can stay up to date with company news. The weekly company "newsletter" is a great step towards keeping people in the loop, but more group gatherings would help and would allow people to engage more directly and to collaborate more easily on ideas.
