Pros
Ability to touch a variety of different technologies as well as get out into the varying locations in Ohio K-12. Excellent VP at the time I worked at with the ability to buffer between himself and upper management for his direct employees exceptionally well. They promote learning on your own and will offer the equipment for you to gain said knowledge on. As a company they have a lot of heart which is saying something in today's job marketplace.
Cons
Day one you are expected to be out in the field taking care of a multitude of things. You have no support structure when it comes to managing said tasks and are expected to pay your own expenses for traveling out of pocket until you get reimbursed on your paycheck. Travel is very extensive so this adds up very quickly in between pay periods when you're traveling 1k miles every couple of days. Sales staff is hit or miss, the supporting staff for sales is great but the direct salespeople were extremely difficult to please. For this position you will not have any information as to what's expected of you per sales person as each one will have different requirements, so figuring out things on your own is the only way to learn and via trial/error.
