Pros
Free water, coffee and parking. Basic stuff you can get elsewhere
Cons
Not a place for the educated. If you have some self respect and a degree worth its weight, then avoid this place like the plague. They will try and lure you with a technical job description, but once you are in you become an over glorified customer service rep. You will go through a very technical interview with promises of a raise every 6 months......lies. you only get one raise in 2 1/2 years. You get stuck you with big projects but no pay raise. And when you threaten to leave, they will act like they care and are working on a raise only for them to say no. They hire sub level employees and put them in charge of the knowledgeable ones. Beware of the Jamba Judas', they hold more weight than our manager. This place will be run down in one generation for sure. Their poor clients don't know how long their work is placed on hold. I have seen work that can be put out in a day get moved to 2 weeks. And they demoralize you by reading your emails before you send them out to clients, now how's that for independence? You are not expected to thnk in this position, just to duplicate... they claim it is standardization, but nope, you are just molding you to the image of one of their "star" employees, who hates training and people, so yeah.... good luck if you are desperate enough to take up a role in this company.
