      Great pay, benefits and equipment provided! Friendly co-workers as well as office contacts

      Cons

      Harassment and belittling is rampant with the regional manager who think's he is the best investigator in the world and has unrealistic expectations. He's been in the field for an extremely long time but sometimes it feels like he has not worked a single day on the road.

      This company cares about their staff, truly. Managers are supportive and knowledgeable. Work is remote or hybrid. Benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Budget for staff, wages could be better but the other perks and staff make it such a great team environment.
