We do take employee welfare seriously and the National Operations Manager has an obligation to investigate any instance of abuse or mistreatment so please feel free to reach out to her with your grievances. All of the Directors in Xpand are extremely hands on and there is an underlying philosophy in the company that “feedback is a gift” so we would love the opportunity to understand what we could be doing better. As our business grows, we will continue to hire where we see the opportunity. We also do give employees access to an independent confidential helpline as part of the company benefits to support employees through challenges they may be experiencing at work or home.
