      Really focused on giving employees the tools for their development. Team members are all really helpful. Provides managers with the tools to motivate and incentivize the employees

      After PayPals acquisition, it has been going through some changes that are not clear on the direction of what will happen with Xoom.

      good salary and benefits, great people

      not really, once they got acquired by paypal, the toxic culture was exposed but salary was still good if that is the only motto
