      Pros

      Flexible working. That's it. Nothing further that is good. Performance is about how much money comes through the door.

      Cons

      Utilisation focus for the lower echelons. As long as you are part of the top 50% principals and managers, and are part of the family, don't bother. It's not merit or competence based.

      Pros

      A very good group of people to work with and very flexible I working conditions.

      Cons

      Poorly managed company and no trust. Company is closing US offices and everyone is being laid off months after flying the whole team to Houston and holding an in person strategy workshop.
