I've worked for Xledger for over 4 years and it's genuinely the best workplace I've experienced! I've always felt trusted, supported and valued in my role - personally and professionally! The people really make the company stand out. Everyone is approachable, collaborative and supportive which creates a really positive culture. The office environment is modern and welcoming which makes coming into the office a joy! People & Culture are always looking for ways to improve employee benefits, ways of working, and our overall working environment, and employee feedback is genuinely listened to. After 4 years I am still motivated and excited about my role and the direction of the company. I would recommend Xledger as an employer!
