Pros
The fully remote setup has been a huge plus, allowing for better work-life balance, and they offer full benefits which is a major perk. The flexibility in shift times makes it easier to manage personal responsibilities, and there's occasionally the opportunity for overtime if you're looking to earn a little extra. Overall, it's a pretty solid company with a supportive remote environment.
Cons
Significant lack of transparency and training. After acquiring a new group of employees, over half were laid off in under six months—before we had even fully transitioned into XiFin's billing system. Leadership stated the system was highly automated and wouldn't require the workforce, yet nearly a year later, we remain short-staffed and still not fully integrated into their system. There’s a vision here, but the execution has been inconsistent and unclear, making it difficult to feel confident in the company's direction.
