I was a former employee of XI and was with the company for 2 years. The company helped me a lot. I was not only given clear career suggestions on my personal development but also from technical perspectives. The senior manager was very nice, technical and informational. I developed myself on a very rapid face under his help especially in the first few months after I joined the company. I was given whatever the company promised during my 2 years with them.
