Pretent as a big company, actually is SME style. Saying have well company structure , have HR, Accounting, legal, project team, mkt team etc. have different regional office ., actually those just same guys. Unfair notice period cause difficult to change new job, long notice period for staff while short period for company fire someone (so some ppl not join) Less staff benefit,. Such as medical/ education/annual leave Boss thinking is not update, although it is so called "digital company" Low salary Poor and slow procedure, causing low productivity
