Politics and favoritism. Don't expect to be here long. When you sign a contract for 4-6 months you might last 2 months. Then they will ask you to return. If you do they will repeat the same process to you using you and because you aren't permanent, No benefits! No paid time off. If you do get permanent the benefits are horrible anyway! High deductible health plans! Then they reward the best employees with lateral moves! No pay increase! They have not had a pay increase at Xerox in 7 years! They will make you an administrator or put you in quality assurance or make you a TA and pay you the same amount as a phone rep. Sure it's getting off the phone but more stress, more work. Unless you make friends quickly with your manager and kiss their but day in and day out and eat whatever they shovel into your mouth you are considered an undesirable and will eventually be pushed out, termed, or laid off. Oh then to raise morale have a potluck where employees have to spend their money to feed each other?! What a joke!
