However, we do have a few concerns about the facts you have presented. Recently MOS has taken the number one spot as one of the Top Area Office Equipment Dealers for the 10th year in a row. This achievement is ranked according to West Michigan Sales Revenue. We believe that the company is thriving and looking toward a bright future. With customer service as one of our top priorities, we feel strongly that our customers are being cared for in the most effective and efficient manner. We provide our customers with the ability to call a local representative who can generally assist them on the phone right away – if they are not able to fix it we can have a technician out in a matter of hours. We also hold out billing department in house so a customer can reach out to a local representative for that as well. We pride ourselves on how well we take care of our customers and we constantly get positive feedback from them. We understand the need to keep up with changing technology, values, and strategies and value the opportunity to read reviews like this in order to stay on our toes. As far as our employees, well I would challenge anyone to talk with them directly! You will find employees who have been here for over 30 years working alongside those who have just graduated, starting their careers and everyone in between. For those who are reading this review we would love to chat with you about the facts that make MOS a great place for your career!
