Management creates a distrust environment between management and teams. Management uses nepotism to fill positions even though the person has zero qualifications for the position. Wage compensation has been frozen for another year. Personnel who achieve exceeds expectations on yearly review obtain nothing more than personnel who meet expectations on their review, 2.5 percent at most. Middle Management staff has been reduced to a point where MM staff is force to move some of their responsibilities to a member of each team they manage.
