Pros
The company itself seemed to believe in what it was doing, but the staff's. alignment varied throughout the departments. However, the various personalities and wonderful people I worked with made it a solid place to work.
Cons
For Denver, the pay across the board for the department did not match the market, even if data said otherwise. As an entry point to the company, it was hard to keep staff in seats with the offerings we had available to us.
