Pros

Xero has a great office ambience, and catered breakfast/lunch two days a week. Upper management is also easily reached via email if needed.

Cons

Middle management within the organization have no leadership training, which is shown by their micromanaging, adolescent management style, and unfair treatment/favoritism.

Impressive onboarding for new hires. Benefits incomparable to other organizations.

Cons

Pay not sustainable AI introduction caused layoffs for department No room for growth as other continents had priority instead of US candidates.
