As we continue to grow, we strive to create a workspace and culture that enables employees to do the best work of their lives, including great benefits and opportunity for growth. We agree we need to do more to set up transparent career paths, goals and expectations. Yes! With our speed of growth, we are trying to catch up on providing more tools and programs for all employees to learn, grow, and thrive. We also agree on the need to continue improving our laser focus on the customer. We wish you were still with us to help us do that, and we do appreciate your feedback!
