Good people at the lower levels and in teams Nice offices Some perks in office, lunch, breakfast on some days Free Vending machine Gym Barista service Only superficial things left that are good
Cons
Management has changed a lot and everything feels like putting out a fire. Senior managers change their minds constantly and you feel like you are juggling multiple asks and nothing gets done, as things change almost everyday. It feels like the life and soul has been sucked out of Xero and all the things that made it great are no longer there.
