Setting You up to Succeed - Team Lead Xentity Employee Review

I worked at Xentity for a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say about my time there. The only reason I stopped working there was because I moved abroad. The thing I liked most about Xentity was the company culture, the vibe was highly welcoming and positive from the entire team. I had multiple check-ins on my weekly calendar with higher level staff and people on my team to support me and answer any questions I had related to project work. The project work was interesting, challenging, and allowed for creative problem solving. There is definitely room for growth in this company if you decide you want to take on more responsibility. After I got my feet on the ground at Xentity, I was offered opportunities to take on project lead roles, which I was excited to step up for. I was assigned a mentor to help me navigate my new responsibilities, and felt supported to grow into additional leadership positions. Xentity also pushes personal professional development and highly encourages going to conferences, taking trainings, and developing personal technical interests. I enjoyed the clients we worked with on the projects, and always felt like my team had my back during meetings and client interactions. My team members were willing to step in if I needed support in client facing interactions. Overall, I loved the time I spent at Xentity and absolutely plan on working at this company again once I'm back in the United States. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Usual cons of remote work - it would be nice to go into an office occasionally to see everyone. However, there were multiple meet up opportunities set up to meet each other in person.

They are willing to listen and create room for your strengths which fosters employee growth and learning for anyone willing to take on new challenges. The leadership is kind and compassionate, sensitive to demands outside the workplace, and willing to work with you to create a harmonious work/life balance. The projects they work on are interesting, and allow the flexibility to work from home.

The remote nature of the work requires intentional effort to build relationships which may be a con for some, however there are many opportunities to build camaraderie with coworkers by attending conferences, area- specific social events, and connecting over shared projects and passions.
