Optimistic, energetic, and creative environment. Solid science behind the chemical compounds. Minimal politics in the work place. Generally a supportive team.
Cons
Recently unstable due to FDA decision, but pipeline should be able to provide future stability and growth. Some departments have too much influence and power which they use to advance the agendas of that department and not the good of the company.
