To begin as others have said below market average pay fro the NYC Area. Poor leadership who were immature at numerous times including blatant favoritism, double standards, etc. Past my first two months i could not trust what they would tell me in the sense of promotions, raises, PIPs, and etc. And on the flip side concerns we would bring up to leadership would be looked down upon. Best example being that as the market changed for Xeneta leadership would not listen to any concerns and just expanded blindly and now there is a beautiful office with nobody to fill it. The culture broke down as the reality of the market smacked Xeneta and in my time there it was never truly addressed by leadership even as layoffs were well underway. Also on the sales side we were never aligned. As SDRs it felt like we were working against the Ae's just so we could attempt to hit our quotas with non icp demos.
