A Response from the Founder & CEO- Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I want to acknowledge and address your concerns as transparently as possible.
First, I recognize that 2023 was a challenging year for Xelerate. Like many companies, we faced difficult decisions, including workforce reductions, as part of adapting to market conditions and setting the foundation for long-term stability. These changes were not made lightly, and I sincerely apologize for any hardship they may have caused.
Since then, we’ve taken significant steps to improve both our internal culture and the way we partner with our employees and clients. In 2023, we transitioned key members of our leadership team, restructured processes, and placed a strong focus on aligning with clients who share our values and approach. Today, we’re seeing the results of these efforts through increased account expansions, stronger client relationships, and exceptional Net Promoter Scores (9 and 10).
Regarding your comments on management and communication, transparency and accountability are core values and we continue to reinforce with clear expectations, guidance, and metrics. While no organization is perfect, we are committed to listening and improving every step of the way.
