Easy job but inconsistent and unkind environment - Packer Xela Pack Employee Review

It's a family owned business, they all really care about the success of the company and their employees. It's great to work for a company that wants the best for everyone - clients and employees. Management is always available for questions or concerns. I've had a few jobs in my 30 + years of working and I can honestly say that this is my favorite job. We get to work with some great companies and it's a product and company that I can stand behind as a sales rep.

I've worked for Xela Pack part-time and freelance over the last seven years and I rarely have any complaints. I work directly under Anthony, who is the nicest, most chill person I've ever met. Everyone at the company has been so nice and welcoming. Each year (excluding COVID times) I was given a small raise. Anthony has been super accommodating and always lets me know how appreciated I am for my work. I also love Xela Pack's commitment to the environment and it makes me feel good that I can contribute to that.
