Pros
1. Timely salary. 2. Stress-free work environment (Only after you gain some experience and have a deep understanding of tasks.)
Cons
1. They hire employees on a contractual basis but later offer them a permanent position, atleast on paper. However there isn’t anything “permanent” here. Even the so called permanent employees can be laid off anytime without prior notice. 2. Even after giving their very best at work, the employees don’t get recognition. There is no monetary or non-monetary motivation being provided here. 3. Experienced candidates are on a par with freshers. None of them get salary hikes here. When management realises that it is time to provide its employees with salary hikes, Boom! Voila! you are out of the organisation. 4. Employees work here wondering about some imaginary stairs that they’re climbing up on slowly and steadily. When they’re almost there at the top, they see the faces of demons (management). Next thing they see is “Experience and Relieving Letter” and not the “Promotion Letter”.
