Pay. Huge Pay. We are paid so well, and not just in our monthly pay, I mean benefits, perks, rewards, gifts, bonuses, all sorts, everyone here is paid so well, regardless of where you're working from, or if your temporary or permanent or contracting or employed, we all make great money, the compensation is amazing. We also feel this not only in our pay but also in the way the company spoils us, constantly having great experiences, just generally ugprading our life with things, i love it, my family loves it, and i think it helps to make everyone here feel motivated and positive and happy, everyone is always doing cool things and sharing that info, and i'm sure because the good pay helps us all live well. amazing company, amazing culture, great people, they're very good at attracting and keeping good people. i like my team, my manager and the business, thank you.

I have been here a while but have seen many people come and go, I don't have any complaints about my team but I see that it's not easy work across all teams, not everyone is able to keep up and I guess the business has the luxury of choice considering how much we're paid so everyone wants to work here but few make it long-term.

Xcelirate is a great place to work, but it is not somewhere you can coast. The expectations are high, the pace can be fast, and people are expected to take ownership of their work. That can be hard at times, but it also makes the work more rewarding. You are trusted with responsibility of the quality of your work, which I personally find valuable. The people are a big positive. In my experience, the team is smart, supportive and generally good to work with. There is a good mix of people from different backgrounds and the company does have a strong international feel. The compensation is also fair for the level of expectation. It is a demanding environment, but the salary/rates, benefits, flexibility and general perks make it feel worthwhile. If you want a low pressure role, it probably is not the right place. But if you want to work somewhere with high standards, interesting work and reasonable rewards, then it can be a very good place to be. Overall, I would recommend Xcelirate. It is hard work, but it is also fair, interesting and rewarding, with always some interesting problems to solve.

There are high expectations, so it might not suit people who prefer a more relaxed environment. You need to be comfortable taking ownership and adapting when things pivot, which is the reality of working in smaller teams comparing to large corporates.
