Shady business and conversations occur. Feel like you’re being watched because you are micromanaged. There’s no such thing as downtime unless you’re related to management. The amount of nepotism and favoritism creates a hostile environment. You can try to ignore everyone and co-workers are afraid to talk to each other. Joke of a business that lacks basic professionalism and could care less about customers. Pest control issue. Huge spiders like having lunch with you.
