      The content of the work is interesting and the job is a great stepping stone for a future career in law, energy, etc.

      Cons

      Monotonous, often chaotic. Bottom of the totem pole and treated as such. The Regulatory Administrator position is less than ideal, but the company is a good move career-wise.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
