No management control No discipline More importantly no work is there :D No management control No discipline More importantly no work is there :D This company is going through financial crisis. They keep salaries on hold several times. Sometimes you may find that you are not working for any IT company but for some kind of fish market. They are mainly into telecom security domain, but they don't have security in their office itself like card swapping, attendance. From the last 3 years i was working on one single project which is never got released. But you will hear releasing date after every 2 weeks and management will ask you to work on saturday/sundays. They will beg you like children. Big guns are more interested in their colleagues personal life rather than focusing on their work. if you are married then tell your family you will be in hell till you come home, Do not contact me!!! primary language is marathi over there. if you don't know marathi then don't join this company. Because managers doesn't even understand English. Leaves are not allowed over here. If you are sick you have to tell them in advance and you have to carry laptop with you to work from home. of course National holidays are meant to be listed in Yearly holiday list only. Because you never gonna get that. Do not believe on future plans about increasing strength and shifting to new location. It will never get executed. They don't have enough space to seat, so they are using conferences and lunch rooms to accommodate all people. Next location will be pantry once these location will get fulled. they don't have any project outside this country. For them hot clients are in nepal, nageria and oman telecom sector. if you bunch all these countries telecom users then also it wont go more than total users in mumbai city only.
