- whole leadership team quits the company - even the CEO left the company - thorough layoffs twice a year mandatory - no pay rises - half bonuses from last 2 years - company is now a cash cow for Vista partners. So, they always hire freshers randomly and fire the seniors. - very old and outdated products, can't sell and keep the customer for atleast 3 years. - due to constant layoffs and turn over rate no one cares attitude among everyone.
