We also agree that there is a steep learning curve. great career opportunities, and a wide open door to provide feedback. Based on your review, I think you're saying that it's difficult to adhere to project deadlines due to a tough task master. One of the things we have implemented is a mentoring program where we provide coaching to everyone, including how to be a better leader. Hopefully this will help tough task masters become nurturing developers of talent. And you say you travel extensively? We should talk about that. I don't think any of our employees have traveled more than 10% of their time here. You may want to consider one of our many other position opportunities if traveling has become a burden to you.
