Thank you so much for contributing feedback. I realize it's not easy and it puts you at risk of sharing your honest feedback, but we at XY value every single piece of feedback our current and former employees provide us because it enables us to adjust, grow and get better.
First, I wholeheartedly agree! We have some amazingly talented individuals on our team. And yes, if you like Blockchain and Crypto, this is a very fun place to be!
We encourage our employees to provide feedback to our HR Team and on websites such as this so that we can see how we can improve our culture. That said, it comes across as if you're insinuating that we encourage our employees to leave inaccurately positive reviews. This is not the case at all. In fact, some of our current employees who are with us today have left reviews that were not glowing, but 4 Stars, for instance. We much rather would have positive and realistic reviews than inaccurately positive ones.
Our company has had to make a major adjustment to our focus and go back to being a Blockchain Technology Company (not a marketing company). While this has been extremely difficult, as it's hard to say goodbye to our friends in positions that are no longer part of the plan, we feel it was the best decision for our Customers, our Shareholders, and our Community.
Regarding your comment about one founder being "disrespectful, misogynistic, and that’s his actual business model for engaging his followers". I am guessing you're referring to the tone of the weekly show we do for our community. I personally took this concern to the Co-founder you are referring to and he wanted me to provide this response to you personally: "If I ever have come across as disrespectful and misogynistic, I sincerely apologize. This in no way reflects my character and values -- my best friend in life is my sister and I'm extremely close with my mom who would be all over my case if she ever knew someone had accused me as coming across as misogynistic. I will take a serious audit of my demeanor and make sure I prevent any more instances of this being perceived."
