* toxic management that doesn't care about people * one of the head managers, rumored with a few members who he's gonna fire next * one of the department managers was not able to deal with any working issues or problems, the only way to deal with it - was to keep silent and even not to respond to open questions, also I was threatened in the very beginning of my career how easily I can be fired * there is no company culture at all, no one-on-one talks, problems are just collecting unsolved and there is only one way to treat employee: ignoring, then been offended then show they don't care about your job, then firing * every department managers don't study how to be managers, actually there is no difference between managers and regular employees * everything is so confused, and everybody in the team is not feeling safe. Stress is everywhere, tasks are not clear and no one actually knows what to do, and management doesn't give any feedback * in these crazy pandemic times management doesn't support employees from burn out and simply shows no respect
