The upper management is the worst and does not care about employee well-being. I know that almost all med-level employees work overtime or on weekends without extra pay, even freshers after training are given tasks that are expected from a 3 -to 5-year experienced worker. Instead of talking about a resolution or discussing work-related challenges, unfair pay, or work burden by senior employees, the management simply tells you that you will be terminated if you're not able to keep up. The senior employees try to play Monopoly, which is somehow invisible to the management. This company only has freshers and senior-level employees; all the med level leaves asap (even freshers after training or max 1 year) because of the internal politics played by the senior peers.
