Pros

XPO is an extremely fast growing company with an excellent leader in Brad Jacobs. Making your team feel like they are part of the rapid growth is a huge pro for the company.

Cons

Poor pay for entry level positions, poor growth opportunity outside main office in Charlotte. The management in Phoenix, AZ was particularly out of touch.

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
