Pros

I can’t think of any pros

Cons

Worked at the cooperate office in North Richland Hills Of all the companies I have worked for this is the worst. Where do I even begin. The training sucks when hired u ll be placed with one of the employees most of them act like they don’t want to train you. You will be expected to know it all with little to no training and if you mess up you are dead meat instead of taking you under their wing to guide and help you, they will email you about all that you did wrong with everyone CCed from the CEO walking their way down. They pay very little and treat you like crap. Everyone you talk to is walking around with doubt due to lack of training. There is no job security very high turn over rate.... Stay away from this company.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
