      Game designers and producers can't give a making sense development plan, and they are really bad at project management.

      Pros

      nice people and good teamwork with some stock options. You will get chances to increase your knowledge and programming skill. There are some very experienced members in the team. I am able to balance family and work well here.

      Cons

      middle leaders know little about latest technology trends. and most self-owned games are business failures. It is very frustrated.
