Pros
Great people - not Senior management. There are some amazing people within XMA, pure grit and determination in droves. The few that remain are loyal to a fault.
Cons
No leadership or real direction from the Senior leadership team & everyone has a different agenda. The MD does not run XMA either - he’s a figurehead that allows others to do as they please. A chosen few do literally as they like and run the place like their own personal playground with no consequence for how it affects others. Poor treatment of employees - they are then surprised when people want to leave. They do not care about making sure that it is a safe, positive environment (the way they talk about women is deplorable) - they like to take but not give back to those who put up with the day in day out ridiculousness of what they deem is a “great place to work”. Directors being on the sales floor does not equal an “open door policy” it creates a big brother atmosphere where every feels they are being watched like hawks. Operations at XMA is a tick box exercise - terrible systems, no consultation with staff as to how to improve and inept people driving systems they do not understand. Approach with caution.
