Pros
Hybrid working if you are close to an office.
Cons
Terrible management, no processes, extremely low morale. The higher up management is constantly being informed of issues and suggested ways to improve and it's all ignored. They bought three successful companies - two have already been run into the ground and no longer exist, the third sounds like it's on its way. No members of staff stayed for longer than two years after the acquisition - all fired (in a dodgy way), made redundant (but similar positions for lower pay advertised for straight away) or left because they couldn't stand how awful it was. Clients are all extremely unhappy. Projects run months, and sometimes years, behind promised schedules. And the quality control is terrible. Most clients who had been with the acquired companies for years have left.
