Pros

- Great and friendly team to work with, with efforts made to remain connected with remote workers and very flexible with work/life balance. - Leadership is very accessible and clearly cares a great deal. Will make changes and listen to feedback when a good case is presented, up to and including changing entire work processes and shedding inefficiencies. "We've always done it that way" wasn't a phrase I heard during my time there. - They are making efforts to improve internal shortcomings and get in new kinds of work.

Cons

- As much as the leadership cares, there is either a lack of communication on how much progress was being made towards the companies internal initiatives or a combination of fear/complacency in actually making progress outside of what is "safe". - Development side seems to have a higher than normal turnover and the company has trouble retaining designers. The overreliance on a few big clients and their (sometimes unreasonable and schizophrenic )whims is having negative effects.

Good recommendation. It's a challenge to recruit for roles in an area of the business that we are still growing in. Theres much to learn. The development/technical turn-over is way above market average - nearing 3 years; perhaps this is a communication gap that can be better addressed.

Pros

- Dynamic and supportive team environment. - Attractive employee perks. - Ideal for individuals seeking diverse and challenging projects and environments. Strong emphasis on professional development and growth opportunities. - Opportunity to collaborate with multiple clients, given the consulting company structure. -The company is very helpful when employees need assistance or support. - The company celebrates every occasion of the employees fostering a sense of family

Cons

- Absence of middle-tier management sometimes results in significant pressure on developers, particularly those directly engaging with clients. - There is a lack of established quality metrics for work. In my experience, career progression heavily depends on how much you achieve as per the matrix set by the company for each role. - Insufficient mentorship or guidance is provided for professional growth within the current role or to explore new roles within the company. - Lack of visibility into ongoing projects within the company can lead to employees feeling disconnected from activities outside their immediate scope of work. -Some employees may choose not to participate in these activities due to their heavy project workload or personal preferences, potentially impacting the collaborative atmosphere within the organization.
