A few of the perks that I particularly enjoyed: Awesome people & informal workplace: I couldn't have asked for a better first job in Cluj and better coworkers! Growth-oriented: Many opportunities if you reach for them. Constantly encouraged to try things out or develop a certain skill. Great work-life balance: If you have urgent personal matters to attend to, you are free to do so. No one is on the clock and everyone has the freedom to manage their own work schedule.
