The company doesn’t care about its workers at all. Recently, they sent termination letters to everyone just for coming in late—no warnings, no discussions, just instant firing. Instead of fixing their broken systems or improving working conditions, they punish employees for the smallest things. The work environment is toxic, there's no career growth, and zero job security.
