      It used to be one of the best workplaces in tech It used to be a cultural hub for the world

      Cons

      After the merger, it quickly became one of the most toxic workplaces in tech. Deranged midnight emails from the CEO with conflicting information about anything from return to office and being required to fly to San Francisco with no notice so he can personally review your code all the while he hops back on his private jet to fly to Austin. You think he’s going to reimburse you for flying cross country only to find out he isn’t there?

      Pros

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
