Pros
It wasn't until I started that I really understood how much time and resource Wunder put into the growth and development of the people working there. Amazing benefits aside, they have really strong values that you see the entire organization come together around every day, and a mission that I feel really really good about (fighting climate change).
Cons
The company is going through pretty large and rapid growth right now and, while exciting, with that comes growing pains such as scaling/updating legacy processes and addressing challenges with cross team communications. Full faith though that those are being remedied.
